• If you passed the exam (i.e. scored at least 30 points) and your submitted documents meet the requirements, you will be qualified or placed on the reserve list.
• If you are qualified, you will be asked to submit your original documents. The time window to do so is very short — be sure to prepare your plan in advance.
• If you truly plan to study at our faculty, we recommend scheduling a visa appointment at the embassy or consulate well in advance. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to assist you with this process.
• Remember that your original documents may not be sufficient — some will need to be translated and legalized.
• We also require a doctor’s certificate confirming that you are fit to study chemistry.
• If you cannot submit your documents on time, you must immediately send us a formal request (a signed scan) to: admissions.chemistry(at)uw.edu.pl, asking for an extension. If the reason is valid, your request will be accepted.
• If you do not check your results and fail to respond, your place may be given to someone else on the ranking list.
• If you are on the reserve list, please be patient — your IRK status may change in the following days. If others ahead of you submit documents and we fill the quota, the recruitment will be closed. Otherwise, we will invite the next candidates.
• Good news: You may send your documents by post. We will return them to the address you indicate, provided you organize and pay for return shipping.
