If you have completed all the required steps:

• registered in the IRK system,
• passed the preliminary qualification,
• passed the entrance exam,
• submitted all required documents,

then we will inform the central university admission committee (not the Faculty, but the University-level office) that we wish to admit you to the program.

At this stage, your documents will be reviewed once again, and the Rector of the University of Warsaw will issue an official admission decision.

This decision will be signed with a qualified electronic signature and you will be able to use it in your home country — for example, to apply for a Polish visa at your local Embassy or Consulate.
